Our Omakase is an award-winning 20-course degustation menu at Chef’s Table, showcasing the finest produce from Australia and Japan. Highlights include the below:

You will be seated in the intimate 12 seats only private dining room with our chef preparing your course in front of you for an authentic Japanese Omakase dining experience.

Sakura Bar Set Menu
The Sakura Bar Set Menu will be served at our stunning cherry blossom bar. You can choose the set menu from following:
$88pp – Featuring a Chef’s Choice Sashimi Platter, premium wagyu and seafood served with rice, salad or pickles, a soup and dessert.
$128pp – Featuring a Chef’s Choice Sashimi Platter, deluxe chawanmushi, premium wagyu, seafood and foie gras, served with rice, a salad or soup and dessert.
$168pp – The ultimate indulgence with Northern Bluefin Tuna, Grilled Moreton Bay Bug, King Prawn Tempura, Wagyu Diced Steak, and a Takashiya Seafood Platter featuring: Lobster Sashimi, Sake-steamed Abalone, Italian White Sturgeon Caviar, Fresh sashimi directly imported from Japan and locally sourced in Australia & NZ.
This set menu is completed with a side of rice, soup, and a dessert.
